AB1360 AUTOANTIBODIES RELATED TO RHEUMATIC DISEASES AFTER COVID-19 INFECTION

Background SARS-CoV-2(Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) has been circulating worldwide for three years. It mainly causes upper tract infection, which can manifest as pulmonary infection and even distress in severe cases. Different autoantibodies be detected patients infected with COVID-19. Objectives To explore related to rheumatic diseases after COVID-19 infection. Methods Ninety-eight inpatients were tested antinuclear antibodies (ANA), extractable nuclear antigens(ENA), anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies(ANCA), anticardiolipin antibodies,a-β2GPI (IgG/IgM). They from a tertiary hospital Guangzhou during the epidemic. Data described statistically. Results hospitalized relevant antibodies. The average age was 50.64±19.54; 67 (68.4%) male, 64 (65.3%) positive, 90 (90.9%) had diseases, 56 of them positive diseases. There 76 antibodies;29 (38.16%)were negative, 18 (23.68%)had 1/80 titre, 29(28.16%) titre greater than 1:80. 31 covid ANA. In high-titer group, 19 COVID-19, 12 an exacerbation (6 whom previously fibrosis). Of patients, only two non-rheumatic both elderly, aged 85 100, respectively. Fifty-six ENA results, 29 antibodies, 8 ds-DNA 2 anti-Sm 6 anti-nucleosome anti-U1RNP anti-Scl-70 anti-SS-A 3 anti-mitochondrial M2 anti-centromere 1 anti-Po one anti-Jo-1 antibody. All no new found. 62 ANCA data. P-ANCA cases(19.35%), MPO-ANCA An 85-year-old patient positive. She history hypertension, colon cancer, CKD3, coronary heart disease, atrial flutter. there patients; Antiphospholipid 33 a-β2GPI patient, 82-year-old gout, diabetes, cerebral infarction past. We did not find statistical difference above results. Conclusion have found correlation between SARS-CoV-2 serum immune needs large samples extended follow-up research.
